No ads. Nothing sold. Five apps, replaced by one.

Your whole health, in one daily log.

A calorie counter, fasting timer and health tracker in one app — for people who would rather not run five.

We don't sell your log to advertisers or data brokers — not now, not later. Track nutrition, intermittent fasting, weight, blood pressure, hydration, and how you feel in one calm place. When you ask for an AI estimate, that meal text or photo is processed by Azure OpenAI to produce the numbers; it isn't sold, and it isn't used to advertise against you.

See how it works

Halera dashboard showing calorie, protein and fluid rings, the macro split, an active fasting timer, and activity logging.
Your whole day on one screen — three rings, your macro split, and a running fast.

Halera is for people tracking food, fasting, weight and blood pressure in one app. Not for you if you want a social feed, a coach telling you what to eat, or a twenty-million-item food database.

Everything in one daily log

No clutter, no noise — just the handful of things that actually move your health. The job is to open one app and feel organised and in control, instead of keeping five of them fed and still not knowing where you stand.

Log your day start here

What goes in, without the data entry.

🍽️

Nutrition & calories

Don't know the calories? Type what you ate or snap a photo — Halera gives you the numbers from USDA data or an AI estimate in seconds.

✨

AI food & exercise estimates

Type "grande oat latte" or "30-minute walk" — or snap your plate — and get the numbers back. Nothing saves until you've checked it.

📊

Macro tracking

Counting macros, or just doing CICO? Watching protein, carbs and fat? A bar under the rings splits your day by share of calories, and the breakdown shows which foods are driving each one — in grams and percentages.

💧

Hydration goals

Never sure if you drank enough? Set a fluid and protein target, close the rings, and count electrolytes while you're there.

Fast on your terms

One timer, any schedule.

⏳

Intermittent fasting

Fasting and losing track of the window? Start 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD or your own, and watch the timer instead of the clock.

Watch your trends

Whether the deficit is actually working — the numbers that only mean something over weeks.

⚖️

Weight & trends

Weight bouncing day to day? Log it in pounds or kilograms and read the trend line instead of this morning's number.

❤️

Blood pressure

Asked to keep an eye on your blood pressure? Log each reading and hand your doctor a record instead of a guess.

🌙

Mood, sleep & symptoms

Trying to work out what set you off? Log sleep, mood and symptoms so the day you felt awful sits next to what you actually ate.

Your data, your rules

Yours to take, yours to keep.

📋

Export anytime

Want to dig into your own numbers? Copy the whole log as a spreadsheet and paste it anywhere — a sheet, or any AI chat. Your data, your call.

🔒

No ads, ever

Your log isn't sold, shared or advertised against. No banners, no sponsored foods, no data brokers — the subscription is the whole business model.

📶

Works offline

On a plane, in a basement gym, out of signal? Keep logging. Everything saves on your phone and syncs itself the moment you're back.

❤️

Apple Health & Health Connect

Already track workouts elsewhere? Connect Apple Health or Health Connect and your workouts, weight and height come across on their own. Optional, read-only — Halera never writes anything back.

See it in action

Snap your plate. Halera reads the calories and macros off the photo, and you review the numbers before anything is saved.

Log it daily. Read the trend, not the day. Ten weeks of weight entries: the dots are what the scale said each morning, the line is what was actually happening — whether the calorie deficit is real or just a good week. Illustration of the trend view, not a real user's log.

✨ Halera Plus
$4.99/month
or $29.99/year — save 50%
About the price of one coffee a month — against $79.99/year at MyFitnessPal or $54.99/year at Cronometer.
  • Everything in the free app, unchanged
  • Unlimited photo estimates — no monthly cap

That's genuinely all Plus does. Photo estimates cost us real money to run, so heavy use is what's paid for. Nothing else is held back, and nothing you already track ever gets taken away.

Cancel whenever. There is no contract and no minimum term — cancel in the App Store or on Google Play and you keep Plus until the period you already paid for runs out, then drop back to the free app with everything you logged still there. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google Play, whichever billed you; we do not take the payment, so we cannot hold it. The full terms are in the Terms of Service, and if you get stuck, Support reaches the person who builds the app.

Questions people actually ask

The things worth knowing before you install something that holds your health data.

Is Halera really free?

Yes. Every tracker in the app — nutrition, fasting, weight, blood pressure, hydration, sleep, mood and symptoms — is free with no card, no trial and no ads. Typed AI food and exercise estimates are unlimited on the free tier, and you get 8 photo estimates a month. Nothing you already track ever gets moved behind the paywall later.

What does Halera Plus actually unlock?

One thing: unlimited photo estimates instead of 8 a month. That is the entire difference. Photo estimates cost real money to run, so heavy use is what the $4.99 a month pays for. Plus does not add trackers, remove limits elsewhere, or change anything about the free app.

Does Halera sell my data?

No. We don't sell your log to data brokers or advertisers, and there are no ads or sponsored foods. When you request an AI food or exercise estimate, that text or photo is processed by Azure OpenAI to generate the estimate — as a processor for that feature, not as a sale or ad use. The subscription is the business model.

Can I export my data?

Yes, any time, over any date range. Halera copies your whole log out as a spreadsheet you can paste into a sheet, hand to a doctor, or drop into an AI chat to ask your own questions of it. You can also delete your account and everything in it on demand.

How accurate are the AI food estimates?

They are estimates, and the app says so rather than pretending otherwise. Typing what the food is first — even loosely, like “large bowl of chili” — makes them noticeably better than a photo on its own. Every estimate is shown to you to correct before anything is saved, and packaged foods can be scanned or looked up against USDA data instead.

Do I need to connect Apple Health or Health Connect?

No. It is optional and read-only. If you connect it, workouts, weight and height you already record elsewhere come across on their own so you are not typing them twice. Halera never writes anything back to Apple Health or Health Connect, and the app works completely without it.

What if I already use MyFitnessPal?

Then you already have a calorie counter, and the honest question is whether you want the ads and the $79.99 a year. Halera's pitch is one log for food, fasting, weight, blood pressure and symptoms together, with no ads at any tier. MyFitnessPal has a far bigger food database and a decade more polish — the comparison page says where each one wins.

Is Halera a medical device?

No. It is a personal wellness tracker. It does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice, and it is not a substitute for a clinician. Logging blood pressure in Halera gives your doctor a record to read — it does not replace the appointment.

Who makes Halera

“I built Halera to track my own food, fasting and blood pressure without juggling three apps. It turned out so useful that I wanted to share it with other people.”

Halera is made by one person, not a venture-backed team — which is exactly why it has no ads, nothing to sell, and nothing to gain from your data. If something is broken or missing, support@gethalera.com reaches me directly.

Private by design. Halera is for personal wellness tracking and does not sell your data or show ads. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice — consult a healthcare professional for any medical concerns.
